The Federal Bonding Program is a job placement tool that guarantees the job honesty of employment applicants who are considered “at risk” due to past life experiences.  The program issues no-cost fidelity bonds (an insurance policy that protects an employer in case of any loss of money or property due to employee dishonesty). 

The bond serves as an incentive for an employer to hire an applicant who is an ex-offender, or has some other risk factor that prevents the applicant from being bonded through traditional sources.  Please call our local office at the contact number listed in the menu bar.
