Kathy Karshna joined Workforce Escarosa as Director of Workforce Escarosa Centers in August, 2006.  She holds her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Journalism and Sociology from Lakeland College and attended graduate school at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh studying Public Administration.  Prior to joining Workforce Escarosa, she served for eight years as the manager of two large Wisconsin Job Centers.  Kathy also has experience as a career counselor and vocational evaluator.
