MISSION  To provide workforce services to spouses and dependents of active-duty military personnel, Florida National Guard members, and military reservist.

OBJECTIVE  To promote self-sufficiency and satisfaction within the military family lifestyle, improved standard of living for military families and advance employment, career development, education and professional satisfaction of military spouses.

WHY  The U.S. Department of Defense lists spouse employment as one of the most important factors in retention of military families.  Florida has one of the highest military populations and is proactive in quality of life issues facing military families here.

WHO  Spouses and dependents of active-duty military personnel, FL National Guard and Reserve units that have been activated are eligible for the demand driven employment services.
