Susan Nelms, the Executive Director of Workforce Escarosa, is a graduate of Harding College and has over 22 years of leadership experience in workforce programs. Susan’s last position as Deputy Director for Workforce Services at the state gives her great insight and expertise in leading our organization to meet the future workforce challenges in our two county areas. Except for her years at the state workforce, Susan has called this area home for over 30 years and currently resides in Pace, Florida.
